Award Notice- The purpose of this RFT was to provide SEAI with a detailed assessment of the potential for biogas and biomethane in the areas under consideration. Numbers of tenders received: 8 Name and address of company awarded the contract: Ricardo-AEA Gemini Building, Fermi Avenue, Harwell, Didcot, OX11 0QR, United Kingdom Date of contract award: 06/07/2016 and will terminate on 30/06/2016 Value of contract: Estimated total value is Lot 1 €92070 Award criteria and weightings: The contract was awarded from the qualifying tenders on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender using the following award: 1) Demonstrated understanding of the subject area and quality of the proposed plan to undertake the project (Overall mark 20, minimum requirement 14) 2) Range and depth of previous relevant experience with regard to the subject area (Overall mark 20, minimum requirement 14) 3) Quality and level of resources to be applied to the project (overall mark 20, minimum requirement 14) 4) Cost (max 40) To be considered for selection, tenders must have scored higher than the minimum requirement for criteria 1, 2, and 3. A cost score was not assessed for tenders where this requirement is assessed to not have been met
