Tender description

ESB GIA wishes to engage a co-source provider to support and enhance the planning and execution of the ESB GIA annual approved audit plan (excluding NIE). NIE Networks wishes to engage a service provider for internal audit services, with flexibility to provide either of the following options regarding the NIE Networks internal audit plan: a) Fully outsourced' internal audit model, to include the role of Head of Internal Audit for NIE Networks; b) Partial outsourced internal' audit model, where the Head of Internal Audit would be appointed internally within NIE Networks, but the remainder of the function would be outsourced.
