The London Borough of Croydon (the Council) is seeking to commission a specialist delivery partner (outsourcing firm) to continue to administer the delivery of its Croydon Enterprise Loan Fund (CELF) initiative. The CELF has been in operation since 2007 and is currently out to tender for a new provider to continue to administer the delivery over a period of 3.5 years from January 2017 until June 2020, with a maximum contract value of £546,875. There will be extensions available up to a maximum of 3.5 years (1.5+1+1). The existing loan fund is valued at £1.25m (which has been re-cycled to provide over £2.6m in overall lending to SMEs so far). An additional top-up of £1.5m is also proposed as a top-up to an estimated £422k of capital available in the existing bank account; in order to support an enhanced delivery package with the approval of loans to SMEs estimated at £200k per quarter Keywords: Loan
