PLEASE SEE ITQ ATTACHMENT FOR DETAILS ON SUBMISSION The Money Advice Service has created a stream of funding for work to develop good practice and professional standards across the not-for-profit money guidance/financial capability sector. The Money Advice Service will procure and fund a Research Partner to work with a consortium of organisations across the sector to discover the learning needs of practitioners within the sector and how best these needs can be met. We are looking for a partner who will: • carry out research with consortium members to discover the learning needs of the sector to help put them in the best position to improve people’s financial capability; • research what currently exists to meet these learning needs, identify what gaps there are in meeting these needs; • manage discussions at Consortium meetings and synthesising ideas around best practice into a framework of professionals standards; • develop a set of recommendations as to how best these standards can be implemented across the sector.
