Tender description

Queen's University Belfast (‘QUB’) seeks to engage with providers of telephony services surrounding a project for the replacement of its existing legacy PBX-based analogue telephony system. 1.1. The purpose of this RFI is to review the current market and the technology available in order to clearly specify the project requirements for a potential future procurement exercise; 1.2. This request for information is intended to facilitate early market engagement only and participation in this exercise does not preclude any Economic Operator, nor advantage or disadvantage any Economic Operator from any future procurement; 1.3. This RFI is not a call for competition and QUB is not seeking formal proposals or offers at this point. The University will not be liable for any costs whatsoever resulting directly or indirectly from this request for information engagement.
