Tender description

ESB requires a specialist services contractor to undertake the provision of a contract taxi services in the Dublin City Centre and Greater Dublin Area. Applicants are to provide suitably qualified, experienced and licensed taxi drivers and vehicles for the provision of a 24 hour 365 days per year Taxi Service. The Taxi's will be Small Public Service Vehicles (SPSV) Licensed Vehicles of good quality and be driven by SPSV Licensed drivers who will have the correct credentials to include a full valid driving licence, no previous convictions and a good driving record. The successful vendor at the end of this procurement process is to be appointed to a single supplier framework agreement of three (3) years duration with an option, at the discretion of ESB, to extend for a further 2 years by mutual agreement. Further information is given in the PQQ available from etenders and qualifying applicants will be furnished with additional information at the RFT Stage. The Taxi's will be Small Public Service Vehicles (SPSV) Licensed Vehicles, of good quality, taxed, insured, clean and well maintained to ensure the comfort and safety of passengers. The Taxi's will be driven by SPSV Licensed drivers who will have the correct credentials to include a full valid driving licence, no previous convictions and a good driving record. Detailed scope of services and associated requirements will be provided at RFT stage to successful applicants.
