Tender description

North Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership (NLH&SCP) is seeking to establish a multi-provider framework to meet its existing and future requirements in respect of externally purchased home support. The framework will exist beside our well established home support service which will be further developed to offer specialised support within the areas of re-ablement, palliative care and complex care arrangements. A market engagement event has been planned for providers who are interested in learning more about the background to this framework, existing home support and SDS arrangements in North Lanarkshire and proposals for the implementation of this work.
