Tender description
The Contractor will design, supply and install these hydraulic rigs in accordance with normal industry standards. It is expected that the mechanical test frames will be utilised for at least 80 % of any given period, with operations spanning 24 hours / 365 days per year. Test frames will be interfaced with an existing MTS hydraulic ring main offering running pressures up to 210 bar, flow rate typically 23 litres per minute at a working temperature of approximately 45oC. Hydraulic connection is via an MTS hydraulic service manifold, part number 293.1X HSM. Electrical switching to isolate hydraulic pressure is accomplished by 24 volt control signals to be generated by the test machine control system.
