Tender description
This tender is to establish a framework agreement for the supply of Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) devices, consumables and related services. The framework will provide a comprehensive range of products to include devices suitable for use in Acute and Community settings, disposable devices, gauze dressings, foam dressings, canisters (of various sizes), tubing and drapes, and other products that can be properly described as NPWT. The scope of the framework will also include maintenance, training and clinical/technical support. The product offering in Lot 1 (Framework Agreement with Access Pricing via Direct Award) will include: — Devices; — Consumables; — Service and Maintenance. All tenderers are required to submit an offering for all 3 product groups to be eligible for award onto the framework agreement. All Tenderers are required to submit an offering for all 3 product groups to be eligible for award onto the framework agreement. Terms and Conditions / Activity Based Income (ABI): The terms and conditions of this agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this framework agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE. Submission of Expressions of Interest and Procurement Information: This exercise will be conducted on the HTE Bravo portal. Candidates wishing to be considered must register expressions of interest as follows: Register on the HTE portal at: https://healthtrusteurope.bravosolution.co.uk Login to the portal with username/password. Click the PQQs/ITTs Open to All Suppliers link. These are the PQQs/ITTs open to any registered supplier. Click on the relevant PQQ/ ITT to access the content. Click the Express Interest button at the top of the page. This will move the PQQ/ITT into your My PQQs/My ITTs page. You can access any attachments by clicking Buyer Attachments in the PQQ/ITT Details box. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the PQQ/ITT. Lot 2 will be a contract to be accessed by the Participating Authorities listed below, who have aggregated their spend and will contractually commit to purchasing a specified value and/or volume of their requirements for a minimum period of 24 months to drive price efficiencies pursuant to this Lot. — The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust; — Warrington and Halton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust; — Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospital NHS Trust; — The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust; — Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust each a ‘Participating Authority’ and together the ‘Participating Authorities’. Additional Beneficiaries may be added to the Agreement after commencement of the initial contract. Should Tenderers wish to be considered for Lot 2, a separate response should be submitted. Lot 2 shall be awarded to the Successful Tenderer whose bid for Lot 2 is the most economically advantageous.
