Description: Partners across Plymouth are committed to improving health and wellbeing, reducing health inequalities and making Plymouth a fairer place to live. Plymouth City Council is responsible for commissioning a range of public health services including health improvement and school nursing. The Council are seeking suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide the services detailed below. The provider(s) will work with local commissioners to design and create innovative service models that reflect the needs and priorities of the Plymouth population.
