Provision of Responsive Analytical Services

Tender description

The Care Quality Commission seeks a single supplier to provide an analytical capacity and advice-based service on a flexible (call-down) basis to enable it to bring in additional analytical capacity and advice as and when required. Services are required in two areas (i) Consultation analysis - Analysis of quantitative and qualitative feedback from consultation responses and formal reporting of findings, to ensure insight gained from the public, care providers, stakeholders and internal staff informs and shapes development of our regulatory approach and delivery of CQC’s new strategy; and (ii) Qualitative coding and analysis - qualitative analysis of unstructured, text-based information relating to care quality, including content analysis, case study analysis, and interpretation and reporting of qualitative analysis. This will combine with quantitative information to give a clearer view of provider risk and quality by enabling public and staff views and feedback to inform monitoring.
