Primary Care Medical Services for Clarence Avenue Surgery (caretaker)

Tender description

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England Midlands & East (Central Midlands) and Nene CCG (referred to as the Commissioner(s)), under joint commissioning arrangements, is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver the Service(s) -Caretaker APMS at Clarence Avenue Surgery 14 Clarence Avenue, Kingsthorpe, Northampton, NN2 6NZ. The Contracting Authority as set out in Document 4 – Form of Contract is the National Health Service Commissioning Board constituted by the 2012 Act and “NHS England” shall have the same meaning. The Commissioners are looking for a provider to deliver:- a) high quality, patient centred and value for money (VFM) Primary GP services, delivered in a safe and effective manner. b) Primary Medical Services including Essential, Additional and Enhanced Services as set out in Document 3 – Schedule 2 - Service Specification.
