BHNFTT1440 - Provision of a Pan Pathology MSC for Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Rotherham Hospital Foundation Trust. Hospitals Foundation Trust — Issue of PIN Notice in relation to opportunity and pre- market engagement activity Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Rotherham Hospital Foundation Trust would like to undertake a market consultation exercise, to consider the options available, from which a procurement strategy can be developed, in relation to the provision of a managed service contract for Pathology. The Trusts are looking for innovative and flexible solutions in the delivery of a managed service contract. Solutions are welcomed that will accommodate a number of specialist areas and equipment including but not limited to, Blood Sciences, Transfusion, Immunology, Microbiology, Cellular Pathology, POCT and Infection Sciences. The contract will include associated consumables, reagents, equipment, training, maintenance, support and value added services.
