Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) have established a new framework for the servicing, maintenance, repair and installation of heating systems including gas fired, solid fuel and alternative sources such as air and ground source. Due to the geographical spread of our Members eligible to use the established framework we have decided to split the works into the following core regional geographical lots: Lot 1 Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire; Lot 2 Lincolnshire; Lot 3 Leiscestershire and Northamptonshire; Lot 4 Greater London: An additional Lot has also been made available for Members who have properties across the whole of England and Wales; Lot 5 National Coverage: Works will be across a range of building types including tenanted and void domestic and commercial properties. Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) have established a new framework for the provision of services related to heating and hot water systems. This Lot is for our members who have properties within the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire regions. The scope of works is likely to include, but not limited to: — Servicing, maintenance and repair of gas fired central heating systems; — Servicing, maintenance and repair of alternative heating systems such as oil, solid fuel, air source and ground source systems; — Installation and upgrading of gas fired heating systems; — Installation and upgrading of renewable technologies such as air source and ground source heat systems; — Periodic Inspection Testing; — Smoke and carbon monoxide detector checks; — Any additional elements associated with the works listed above. This Lot is for our members who have properties within the Leicestershire and Northamptonshire regions. The scope of works is likely to include, but not limited to: — Servicing, maintenance and repair of gas fired central heating systems; — Servicing, maintenance and repair of alternative heating systems such as oil, solid fuel, air source and ground source systems; — Installation and upgrading of gas fired heating systems; — Installation and upgrading of renewable technologies such as air source and ground source heat systems; — Periodic Inspection Testing; — Smoke and carbon monoxide detector checks; — Any additional elements associated with the works listed above. The scope of works is likely to include, but not limited to: — Servicing, maintenance and repair of gas fired central heating systems; — Servicing, maintenance and repair of alternative heating systems such as oil, solid fuel, air source and ground source systems; — Installation and upgrading of gas fired heating systems; — Installation and upgrading of renewable technologies such as air source and ground source heat systems; — Periodic Inspection Testing; — Smoke and carbon monoxide detector checks; — Any additional elements associated with the works listed above. The scope of works is likely to include, but not limited to: — Servicing, maintenance and repair of gas fired central heating systems; — Servicing, maintenance and repair of alternative heating systems such as oil, solid fuel, air source and ground source systems; — Installation and upgrading of gas fired heating systems; — Installation and upgrading of renewable technologies such as air source and ground source heat systems; — Periodic Inspection Testing; — Smoke and carbon monoxide detector checks; — Any additional elements associated with the works listed above. This Lot is for our members who have properties across England and Wales and need coverage nationally. The scope of works is likely to include, but not limited to: — Servicing, maintenance and repair of gas fired central heating systems; — Servicing, maintenance and repair of alternative heating systems such as oil, solid fuel, air source and ground source systems; — Installation and upgrading of gas fired heating systems; — Installation and upgrading of renewable technologies such as air source and ground source heat systems; — Periodic Inspection Testing; — Smoke and carbon monoxide detector checks; — Any additional elements associated with the works listed above.
