The Council is looking to enhance its enviro-crime enforcement activity by appointing a contractor to undertake litter and dog fouling enforcement at agreed areas within the Borough. Current financial constraints mean that the service must be cost neutral to the Council. Parties are invited to contact the Council to assist with scoping the project to enable the council to determine the viability of available options, and to enable the terms of the final specification to be drawn up.
