Tender description
Specialist consultancy services in respect of the Partnership's statutory duties under Part IIA Environmental Protection Act 1990 involving the risk assessments of sites suspected of being contaminated and specialist consultancy services in respect of land use and development management including advice on reports for planning applications and environmental searches. It should be noted that the annual budget has yet to be set and may be reduced from the current levels set out in paragraph 3.1 of the tender specification.
