To act as the Employer’s Representative for the delivery of the External Wall Insulation Programme, (EWI) and associated Works to Swindon Borough Council’s Non-traditional residential Properties construction as follows: • Work to Reema Type Properties Details of the EWI process to be used and the type of associated works required are given in the Introduction to the Specification, section 5 of this document. The role of the Employers’ Representative is to manage the principle contractor in their role (when the PC has been appointed) and act as a project management and ensure their compliance with Swindon Borough Council requirements.
