Tender description

Provision of services for a Recruitment and Development Scheme including the recruitment of candidates, the delivery of a two year programme of development for 3 cohorts of selected candidates. The successful provider will identify, select (jointly with NOMS), recruit, facilitate and support trainees with their post-graduate studies, leading to the award of an accredited post graduate qualification. The successful supplier will commence set-up in November 2016 with recruitment of the first cohort commencing in January 2017 for entry into the scheme September 2017. Subject to the success of the programme, the Agreement will be for the first three cohorts. Each cohort constitutes an approximate 3 year cycle (approx. 1 year recruiting, 2 years for the development programme) and therefore the final cohort, under this agreement, will finish during the fifth year of the agreement. There is an optional extension for a fourth cohort which would extend the contract by a further 12 months. Further details may be found within the procurement documents.
