Tender description

Kirklees council is seeking to procure Service Providers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the provision of Stray Dog Collection and Kennelling Services through a framework agreement. The council of the borough of Kirklees (the "Council”), are seeking to procure Service Providers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the provision of Stray Dog Collection and Kennelling Service (the ‘Service’) like all councils has a duty under the Environmental Protection Act to kennel stray dogs for a minimum of 7 days. Kirklees have also historically offered a service to collect strays. Each year we collect approximately 600 stray dogs from around the district.
