Tender description

Westminster City Council are developing a strategy for an Integrated Customer Services Center as part of their Digital Transformation Programme. The services incorporated will include Revenues Housing Benefits, Parking Management and a Contact Center. Westminster City Council invites suppliers to attend a meet the buyer event to understand the strategy for a procurement project to consolidated the current service center operations. II.2.14) Additional information: A meet the buyer event will be held on the 28th September 2016 at Westminster City Hall. Suppliers wishing to attend should register an interest and confirm attendees (no more than 2) via the listed email address.
