Construction work for buildings relating to exhibitions

Tender description

NMS wish to appoint an Exhibition Design Team who are expert and experienced in the creative development of permanent displays to undertake the design and preparation of relevant information required in support of a Round 2 Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) Application for Phase 4 of the NMoS Masterplan, and subsequent delivery of the project (subject to funding being obtained). The exhibition fit-out (some of which may be NMS direct contracts) will include showcases, plinths, set-works, M&E interactives, audio visual installations and object mounts. The Exhibition Design Team must be capable of providing services that include art-working, graphic design, lighting design, AV/Interactive design integration. We would also highlight that we would anticipate the exhibition designer to engage with M&E services and structural engineers for coordination of power/data to interactive exhibits, AV and any structural requirements relating to object display.
