Tender description

Ad-hoc Structural Repairs Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for an Ad-Hoc Structural Repairs contract to Council owned dwellings within Central Bedfordshire and surrounding areas. The contract is to include carrying out ad-hoc structural repairs as identified and specified by the Council’s appointed Structural Surveyor or officers of the Council, liaising with tenants and residents, carrying out survey and measurement and programming all works. It is intended that the Contract is awarded for the period February 2017-March 2021. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all firms quoting, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. Completed Tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via our “in-tend” electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the “My Return” section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your Tender must be submitted via the In-Tend system by no later than 12 noon on Monday 10th October 2016.
