62_17 Photographic Cameras, Camcorders and Associated Equipment

Tender description

A Framework for the supply of photographic cameras, camcorders and associated equipment into the ESPO distribution centre, and for delivery directly to individual ESPO customers in varying quantities on a national basis. ESPO’s preference is to have a one-stop shop and therefore it is intended that only one supplier is appointed on to the framework. However, in order to ensure the full range of customer requirements can be met, ESPO will reserve the right to award to more than one supplier. The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period. An eAuction process may be used to award subsequent call off contracts following the reopening of competition among the parties to the Framework Agreement.
