Jisc are looking redesign and to enhance their existing HR and payroll processes with a new, integrated system which includes eRecruitment, talent management and learning management functionality and a self-service element for managers and employees. The solution must cover the entire employee life-cycle which includes, but is not limited to: — eRecruitment and onboarding; — Core HR functionality; — Absence management; — Performance development; — Leavers; — Training and learning management; — Payroll and pensions administration; — Reporting functionality; — Self-service portal. Jisc has approximately 550 employees consisting of permanent and fixed term staff. As Jisc has evolved since its inception in 1993, employees have TUPEd in from various other organisations and therefore there exist several legacy contracts and differing terms and conditions of employment within the organisation.
