Tender description

SUPPLY AND FIX NEW 0.7 SINGLE SKINNED ROOFING SHEETS TO FIVE BUILDINGS. RENEW FASCIA, GUTTERING AND BARGE-BOARD The following works shall be carried out for all 5 No. of Roofs Erect scaffolding completely around buildings. Remove existing roof covering including preparing roof ready for new roofing sheets (all areas under covered will be made watertight before work finished that day. Supply and fix timber battens fixed to existing timbers underneath aluminium old roofing sheets ensuring all battens are securely fixed (if required). Supply and fix new roofing sheets all securely fixed with Tec bolts. Remove existing guttering. Supply and fix new white uPVC cover fascia boards to all sides of roof fixed with white capped fixings, joining strips and corner covers. Supply and fix new guttering (colour to be of client's choice). Supply and fix new ridge and edges flashings and front edge flashings so water is diverted straight into guttering all fixed with Tec screws. On ridges rubber in-fills to be supplied and fixed.
