This is a notice to raise the profile of a number of potential forthcoming community broadband procurements which may be undertaken by Communities in the coming months. This notice is designed to raise the profile of a number of potential forthcoming community broadband procurements which will be undertaken by CBS supported communities. An Industry Day is being organised by CBS for the 28.9.2016 at Blythswood Hotel, Glasgow. This event will provide further information on potential procurements, the communities involved and the procurement process and timescales. Following a number of presentations, interested bidders may take part in pre-booked 1-1 sessions with CBS personnel to explore the opportunities further. Note that anonymised notes of these sessions will be distributed to all parties shortly after the event.
