Sport England / UK Sport Legal Panel Tender Opportunity Sport England and UK Sport are jointly setting up a framework agreement for a panel of external legal firms which both organisations will be able to utilise for their specialist legal advice requirements. We collectively recognise, support and fund 46 sports bodies across England and the UK. For more information about Sport England visit www.sportengland.org and UK Sport www.uksport.gov.uk Sport England and UK Sport both have in-house legal teams which provide advice and act for their organisation in relation to its on-going activities. They will require external Legal Advisors to provide advice when their organisation’s demand for legal service exceeds the specialist knowledge and capacity of the respective in-house legal teams. The framework will consist of three separate Lots. The appointment to the Panel would be for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend for a further one (1) year. The firms must each be capable of offering a full legal advisory service as set out against each individual Lot. Interested firms wishing to be considered for this Framework must complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnarie (PQQ) and submit it no later than 5pm Friday 16 May 2014
