Tender description

NHS Wales is developing an all Wales programme to implement systems to improve hospital based clinical patient care management and patient flow. The project team is hosting a supplier engagement event on 20.10.2016. This is to provide an opportunity to discuss solutions with the market. The event will provide an opportunity for suppliers to be updated on direction of travel the authority is working on and provide feedback, as well as details on how their organisations can provide solutions. The morning session will take form of a presentation from the team leading the project. The session will be concluded with an open floor Q and A session. The afternoon session will take form of 6 X 30 minute ‘drop-in’ sessions for suppliers to have 1-to-1 discussion with the programme team. The Supplier Event will be held at: Waterton Technology Centre, Waterton Industrial Estate, Bridgend, CF31 3WT. As space at the venue is limited, each supplier shall be allocated a maximum of 2 attendees. All attendees must register in advance to be admitted to the event by returning the attached attendance booking sheet to: sarah.muir@wales.nhs.uk Anyone seeking to be admitted without prior registration will be refused entry. Doors will open at 10:00 for registration and networking prior to the event commencing from 10:30.
