The scope of the contract is the provision replacement asphalt covering to the patio, balcony, and external stair case areas at Metra Tenant Management Organisation (TMO). The proposed commencement date of the Contract is January 2017. The Contract Documents for this tender opportunity are available to download from the WATMOS website.
