RFI - Request for Information - IT Service Desk Software

Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust is looking to carry out a preliminary market engagement exercise to establish solutions that are currently available in the market place for the provision of a IT Service Desk Solution Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust provides acute healthcare services to the population of Gateshead and its visitors. IT Department provide IT Services to in excess 3500 employees using hardware and software across a range of sites in the Gateshead and South Tyneside area. The IT Department seek to obtain information on a new IT Service Desk Solution and require further information in relation to the above. All communication shall be submitted through and published via the online messaging facility provided on the NHS Sourcing Portal. The onus is on potential providers to review regulary all the information published on the Portal in relation to this project. Please note: This exercise is not part of any pre-qualification, selection process or bid evaluation. It is intended as an awareness, communication and information gathering exercise offering an opportunity for potential providers to supply information on their solution. This therefore does not represent a commitment from Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust to award a contract or an invite to tender to any provider that expresses an interest in this market engagement exercise. At this stage Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust are in the process of developing a strategy for procuring the aforementioned solution.
