Tender description
To provide a Human Whole Genome Sequencing service at least 30X average coverage. Using the University's preferred Illumina Sequencing Technology because of the established bio-informatics and analysis pipelines. Bidders using alternative technology must provide assurances that equivalent results/data will be produced. The samples are from our Beta-Cell bio-bank of patients with suspected monogenic diabetes or hyper-insulinism. The University expects to provide between 100 and 200 samples per annum.
