Tender description

Oxleas NHS FT is seeking to commission consultancy and legal advice to support the procurement of a Strategic Estates Partnership via Competitive Dialogue. We require a supplier that can establish a strong working relationship with the Trust’s project and evaluation team that inspires credibility and confidence throughout the process. It will be necessary for the appointed legal advisor to commence work immediately on appointment as the bidders are due to be selected on 23 September 2016 with the Invitation to Participate in Dialogue (ITPD) being issued on 26 September 2016.
