Provision of Hard Facilities Management Services

Tender description

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking proposals for providing end to end services for the operation and maintenance of all aspects of the Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust Facilities, including Estates and Engineering Plant, Buildings and Equipment. This service shall include a fully planned and reactive maintenance service. The purpose of this process is the re-procurement of an existing outsourced Hard FM Service to improve quality of service provided and reduce costs. More specifically: -- Re-procurement of an existing outsourced Hard FM Service to improve quality and reduce costs where ever possible; -- Contracts have expired and the Authority intend to consolidate contracts wherever possible; -- Streamline reactive maintenance, minor works and charging processes. Bidders should note that Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust has engaged Tenwell Finance Ltd, trading as Ecovate, to undertake the end to end management of the procurement process and potentially the project management of the subsequent processes for and on behalf of the Authority.
