Tender description

Highways England is looking for a suitable contractor that will assist in both designing, the production and distribution of a monthly colourised glossy magazine (A4 size of approximately 16 pages) for a period of up to 2 years. It is expected that there will be approximately 3 600 copies required per edition/per month. In addition to the production of the final magazine, the contractor will be required to assist the client by providing all ancillary services associated with the final product (i.e. client interviews and photography for news articles, supplying design of graphics, providing proof-reading and editorial services and finally the printing/binding/distribution of the finished product). Services will also include travel to various Highways England sites and possible works locations within England.
