Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking offers for a concession to provide staff and visitor catering and retail services across 3 sites. This will be run as a single stage process. Key dates are provided in additional information V1.3 The project is intended to provide an evidence-based proposal to change the type of food, drink and other forms of retail catering available and how it is presented to staff members and the public. A key aspect will be to encourage and enable people to eat and drink more healthily whilst at work or visiting our hospitals with an appropriate range, choice and accessibility being made available. Of equal importance is the requirement to provide a fairly priced sustainability-focused non-food offer which meets the aspirations of patients, staff, visitors and relatives.
