The Hampshire Disability Day Opportunities Model (HDDOM) is a bespoke procurement model procured under Chapter 3 Section 7 of the Public Contract Regulations (Social and other Specific Services) and in accordance with the requirements of The Council's Contract Standing Orders. The HDDOM provides a model from which day services for people with a disability living in Hampshire may be procured.
