Display cases

Tender description

The supply and associated services for display cases as part of the fit out for the permanent exhibition galleries. Applicants are invited to prequalify for the Contract for supply and associated services for Display Cases. These Cases are to be provided as part of the Exhibition Fit Out project for the for Four Permanent Galleries and one Ancillary Space. The scope of the supplies and services shall comprise: the design, manufacture, supply and installation of bespoke display cases; internal case dressing/ fitting out elements; internal lighting supply/ installation/ connections; air testing; testing and commissioning of cases; and coordination with the fit out (set) works contractor. The supplier of the Display Cases will be sub-contracted to the contractor for the Exhibition Fit Out Works, which is the subject of a separate prequalification and tender exercise (refer to the concurrently published Contract Notice).
