Tender description

Hywel Dda University Health Board are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and registered independent Health Care providers for the delivery of a range of packages of care for Dermatology Cases. These services to be provided in the providers own premises within 30 miles of the Health Board borders. At the date of this PIN the expected number of referrals will be 1 000. A list of the packages are detailed below: New outpatient appointment; New Appointment with follow up appointment; New appointment, minor surgery and follow up appointment; Minor Surgery; Patch testing. Hywel Dda UHB reserves the right to commission additional Dermatology services as required. It is envisaged that TUPE will not apply.
