Tier 2 Lifestyle Weight Programme Management License for Children 5-16

Tender description

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is inviting quotation proposals from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to deliver an evidenced-based, multi-component programme of interventions for children and young people aged 5-16 to instil healthier lifestyle choices, to provide education and to reduce the BMIs of children and young people who are obese/overweight (“Programme”). The contract will be in place from 19th September 2016. The value of this contract for will be up to £29,000 and the contract will run until 19/09/2017, with an option to extend for a further year until 19/09/2018. To allow information to be circulated in time, the deadline for receiving clarification questions is 17:00hrs on Friday the 2nd of September 2016. The quotation return date is 12:00hrs on Wednesday 7th September 2016.
