The The Payment Systems Regulator (PSR) is seeking a supplier to provide editorial services. The PSR is a subsidiary of the FCA but as an independent economic regulator has its own statutory objectives. The PSR also has its own Managing Director and Board and its own regulatory and competition powers. The Payment Systems Regulator (PSR) is the economic regulator for payment systems in the UK. Payment systems underpin our economic and financial system and last year handled over 21 billion transactions worth around £75 trillion.
