Tender description

The purpose of the increased key worker capacity through Registered Social landlords is to provide an enhanced resource through existing service areas and teams who already work with families who are eligible for the Together for Families Programme. In order to ensure the reach of these existing services is as wide as possible across eligible families; this resource will be limited to Registered Social Landlords who have a housing stock of at least 4000 units within Cornwall.
