Tender description
To co-design and deliver a high quality and rigorous advanced policy and management leadership programme for new Range Es in the Treasury as they ‘step up’ from policy advisor to policy branch lead. The new programme needs to be delivered by January 2017. It will be delivered 2 to 4 times a year to accommodate 2 to 4 cohorts, totalling c.60 participants each year. The programme will be mandatory for new range Es.
