Tender description
NHS National Services Scotland wishes to procure a single Supplier Framework to purchase off the shelf software and associated services from. This Framework contract will be for 4 years and will provide a helpdesk to all 22 Health Boards in Scotland from which they will order software. This helpdesk will also provide information and advice on off the shelf software. The Software Reseller will also aggregate spend across Boards. Software as a service may also be purchased through this framework. The total annual spend will range between 4 000 000 GBP and 18 000 000 GBP a year depending on Health Boards cycles of software updating.
