Tender description

Surrey County Council are looking to appoint an organisation to provide specialist support around online testing and related selection methodology consulting as part of the recruitment and selection process for senior management positions (Heads of Service). The tasks listed below are intended to generally describe the services to be provided by the Organisation. The services listed are not all-inclusive, but rather represent those normally expected during period of the contact. Essential Requirements: -Must have proven experience in providing specialist senior management selection and assessment support both online and offline to public sector organisations. - Must be an expert in their field with high level of commitment and flexibility, dealing effectively with people and time constraints. - Experience in working with all levels of management, in particular senior management: - Ability to provide candidates with online Numerical/Verbal/Psychometric (Wave) Testing and provide administration, interpretation, candidate evaluation, report writing and telephone feedback to candidates. - Ability and evidence to provide a tailored, personal service, with one point of contact for SCC and the candidate in order to provide a consistent service. - Evidence of providing a high quality and consistent and accurate service that is reflected across all roles, has proven added value and is in line with SCC senior competencies. - Be cost effective and competitive - Evidence of flexibility in providing tailored assessments depending on specific role requirements. - Reports to be presented in a concise, clear and informative way that Members and other interview panel members, who are not experts in recruitment, can easily understand. - Please provide an example report. - Communication Experts - To be able to arrange online testing at short notice (i.e. within 24 hours) - To be able to administer, interpret, evaluate candidates and provide the concise reports within a short timescale, often 24 hours.
