Tender description

This tender process is being run through the Contracting Authority's e-tendering portal Supplying the South West (ProContract): www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk. Applicants are required to register on the portal in order access the Word versions of the document and to submit a bid - http://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk. This project will be delivered in Torbay. The proposal is to remodel some of the internal spaces in the My Place building and build new accommodation adjoining the My Place building to cater for the needs of the Torbay School pupils and staff. We need a Structural Engineer to ensure proposals are viable; a Drainage Engineer to design sustainable drainage solutions; and a Transport Consultant to help address the transport and travel issues. The basic appointment is only to enable us to obtain planning permission. If Planning permission is granted, the project will proceed and the appointment would continue Stage 6
