Tender description
The service required is provision for the receipt, handling and composting of municipal organic waste from kerbside collection services, civic amenity centres and other municipal sources. The material will be delivered to the composting site(s) or associated waste transfer stations by Warrington Borough Council or its associated contractors. The material is to be treated, to produce a compost / soil improver, meeting the quality criteria compliant with BSI PAS100.
