Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust wishes to invite offers for the Provision of a Supporting Transition programme. The overall aim is to deliver a challenging, individually focussed and organisationally relevant, innovative and patient-focussed programme aimed at all NHS staff at agenda for change band 6 and above that are currently leading or experiencing transformation in the East Midlands. Referring to the context and drivers outlined within the documentation. The programme should reflect the current challenges and opportunities facing the NHS and the wider system.
