Delivery of Oracle JD Edwards ERP Services to include the following, but PLEASE READ uploaded RFT for full information:- • Technical/CNC Support skills across Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.02 including o Multi-tiered environment support. o Experience with Oracle Red Stack deployment (database/enterprise server). o Experience with Oracle Database and Weblogic on Windows platfrorm. o Experience with Oracle BI Publisher and Discoverer. o Experience of data migration/ upgrades between database platforms. o Performance analysis, tuning and management. o Technical support of existing modules and experience in deployment of new modules. o Knowledge transfer to Council IS Staff. o Liasion with our Oracle Database Administration service provider when required. o Experience in Design and Implementation of high availablility plans for the JDE Environment. • Development Skills in JDE E1 Development Environment o ERW/FRW development including Systems/Business Functions. o Experience of development of interfaces to and from JDE modules such as AP, AR, SOP, POP and Expense Module. o Experience in use of structured development methodologies. o Provision of Oracle BI Publisher/Developer training to Council Staff and developments. • Application Skills including training/knowledge transfer o Significant experience in the following existing JDE modules  Address Book  Accounts Payable  Accounts Receivable  Fixed Assets  General Ledger (including Bank Reconciliation)  Sales Order Processing  Purchase Order Processing  Inventory Management  Job Costing  Product Catalogue  Expense Management  Real Estate Management o Experience in the introduction of new modules/functionality including  Finance and Compliance Console.  E-invoicing.  Experience in configuration and implementation of the RE module and its integration with the core financial module of JDE.
