Tender description

You are invited to submit a tender for the proposed work: Demolition of former Moorclose Leisure centre and pool, Workington; comprising of pulling down of buildings, grubbing-up of foundations and disused services, removal of any asbestos, filling of void with compacted crushed fill to leave level with adjacent ground. Removal of waste and debris from site to licensed tip or where possible recycling. Works associated to the shared plant room with the Six Form College are; the removal of asbestos & decontamination, removal of redundant services and reinstatement of fire protection, stripping out and carrying out remedial works to re-clad external party wall.
