Thames Water Utilities Limited (TWUL) is the UK's largest Water and Waste Services company with approximately 4 700 employees. TWUL are seeking to award a Framework Agreement for the supply and delivery of Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) built to a bespoke specification to meet TWUL requirements. Our initial requirements are for seven HGVs and bidders will need to have the capacity to be able to supply additional HGVs if TWUL scope of requirements changes needing the further purchases of HGVs under the terms of the awarded framework agreement. The scope of the Framework Agreement will include the supply and delivery of HGVs to a specification that meets the requirements of TWUL as well as a full handover and operational training of the vehicles for TWUL employees. The duration of the Framework Agreement length will be an initial 2 years with the option for TWUL to extend annually for a further 2 years (2+1+1). TWUL are seeking to award a framework agreement for the supply and delivery of 18 tonne tanker HGVs built to a bespoke specification. Our initial requirement is for three HGVs and further purchases of HGVs may be required under the terms of the awarded framework agreement. The scope of the agreement will cover supply and delivery as well as a full handover including operational training of the vehicles for TWUL employees. TWUL are seeking to award a Framework Agreement for the supply and delivery of various HGVs built to a bespoke specification. Our initial requirement is for 4 HGVs (3 HGVs with lifting capability and 1 flusher) and further purchases of HGVs may be required under the terms of the awarded Framework Agreement. The scope of the agreement will cover supply and delivery as well as a full handover including operational training of the vehicles for TWUL employees.
